Design is a process of discovery and decisions, all dependent on the dynamics of trust and transparency.

Pam Forman is a highly experienced designer and entrepreneur who has been recognized for her collaborative and customized design approach. Founded with the goal of fusing her corporate experience in client service and project management, with her passion for interior design, PBF Homes creates timeless, transitional interiors that are bespoke to each client’s needs.
Pam is responsible for the overall creative direction, strategic vision, and client management across home renovation, interior design and home staging. She was recently recognized as a 2024 Best of Luxury Design “One to Watch" by Modern Luxury Interiors.
In 2020, Pam seamlessly expanded her studio to include a successful luxury home staging business that combines her acute attention to detail and a deep understanding of the luxury marketplace.
Pam believes the secret to a successful project comes down to the partnership she establishes with her clients. “The more we understand our clients’ needs, the more unique and seamless experiences we can deliver. It’s our job to not only build a space around what they want to see, but how they want to feel.”
When she is not in the office with her fluffy sidekick Finn, you’ll find Pam spending time with her husband and two [grown up] girls.

After building a multifaceted styling, buying, and merchandising career in New York City, Atlanta, and Boston, Rae joined PBF Homes to lead Luxury Home Staging in the summer of 2021.
When staging a home, she calls on her merchandising background to deliver optimal floor plans that maximize square footage and highlight each home's architectural details. Her sharp eye, keen design sense, and affinity for layering unexpected texture and color delivers impactful work from exquisite homes to specialty design projects.
Outside of staging luxury properties, Rae can be found adventuring with her husband and three sons, renovating and curating their home, and testing new recipes.

After beginning her career leading account management for her family's century-old leather repair business, Marissa followed her calling of Interior Design. She joined PBF Homes as an Assistant Interior Designer in 2022 after interning at a Design firm in New Jersey and managing a Chestnut Hill Design Studio.
Marissa’s ability to connect with clients on a personal level gives her the insight to customize designs to merge both aesthetic and functional goals. Her attention to detail ensures that each project is completed as envisioned. When she’s not crafting a design board or building a space plan, you can find Marissa at Tatte or browsing her favorite home décor boutiques.
